The Challenge

This project required approvals by Harris County, a MUD district, and also had to comply with The Vintage design guidelines.

The Solution

The team studied The Vintage design manual, and established communication with The Vintage development team during the initial stages of design. Coordination with master plan engineers was key for the successful design of this site, and allowed for a smooth permitting process.


12,500 s.f. multi-tenant retail building located in a 1.3 acre tract in Vintage Park.
