The Challenge

Convert existing use of PEMB from office/maintenance room to new activity room, locker rooms, and improved office space.

The Solution

Increased existing interior square footage by providing expanding the existing mezzanine using additional steel framing. Also provided new column structures for the beautification of the exterior facade. Structure included retrofitting existing columns and beams, and providing pier foundation for the new structural supports.
