The Challenge

Due to the location of the expansion, some existing utilities required relocating, and drainage patterns needed to be adjusted to accommodate for the final building footprint.

The Solution

Our office worked closely with Fort Bend County officials and the District engineer to seamlessly adjust all utility locations and properly drain the site to not have any adverse impact on surrounding developments. In order to minimize costs to the church, a Civil 3D model was created to confirm that all dirt onsite was utilized. This helped with any haul-off or import costs of dirt for the development.


A thriving 10,000 square foot community church that is perched on 8.753 acres of prime land within the Cinco Ranch subdivision. With the growth of the surrounding area, Redeemer decided to expand their current facilities with a 24,617 square foot addition.
